General Terms & Conditions

These Terms settled the relationship between the "Real Billiard" Ltd. /called hereinafter e-shop/ on one hand and consumers on websites and services at the domain www.real-billiard.com /called hereinafter Site/ on other hand.
These terms apply to all customers which with the marking of any link or button located in this website fully accept and undertake to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION

 

You can order from the site as a guest or as a registered user.
To register you must specify your email address and password, and a correct shipping address, full name, phone number. Your data will be stored in our system. After successful registration and storage of your data in the system, with every new order you will be able to change the delivery address and your personal data. With marking the box "I agree with the terms" you make electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, which affirm that you are familiar with these terms and conditions and you accept the same.

 

DATA PRIVACY

 

The personal data you provide to e-shop will be used solely in connection to the service you as a customer - for processing and delivery of the contract, liaising with you and provide information in the form of a newsletter / subscription that you may either activate and cancel anytime /.
"Real Billiard" Ltd guarantees that your personal data will not be provided to third parties or used for purposes other than the above.

 

ORDER

 

You can order from the site 24/ twenty four / hours a day, including weekends and during public holidays. When you have finished your order you will be able to review the products you have chosen. Also you can review and if is necessary to make corrections of the following:
shipping details, the way of payment you have chosen and the personal data for contacting with you, which you have given.
You will be notified via email of receipt and status of your order. Within the first business day following the day on which the order has been placed, you will receive a phone call from our representative to confirm your request. At any time you can check the status of your order in your account in the online store.

 

PRICE OF THE ORDER


The final amount payable is the sum of all the individual products that you have purchased, including 20 % value added tax /VAT/, plus the cost of delivery.
"Real Billiard" Ltd. has the right to change prices quoted on the site without prior notice the users. If there are clerical errors in the publication of prices in the e-shop, "Real Billiard" Ltd. has the right to cancel the order and does not attributable any compensation to the users.
"Real Billiard" Ltd. shall pay back the amount if it is pre-paid.

 

PROBLEMS IN IMPLEMENTING THE ORDER

 

Possible problems in the process of order:

  • The address for delivery / payment is incomplete or incorrect.
  • One or more of the goods ordered are not available. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Failed payment when choosing a bank transfer or EPAY for the transaction.
  • You have introduced a wrong telephone number.
  • In cases when some goods are not available, you should contact a representative of the e-shop of one of the following telephone numbers to order the selected product. Deliveries are made within 30 / thirty / days.

In case of problems in delivery caused by a "Real Billiard" Ltd., we are responsible for all additional costs incurred. Customer shall pay the additional cost, if he is responsible for their occurrence.
The Company shall not be liable for a problem with the delivery of the goods caused by the courier company used to transport the goods.

 

DELIVERY

 

1. When you have chosen method of delivery by courier the ordered goods by the user will be sent to a specified address or office of the courier company in the chosen location.
2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the address and other details to obtain goods.
3. In cases when is chosen an individual delivery method, our operator will contact you for clarification of the specific conditions of delivery.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

1. Cash on delivery / upon receipt of the goods / - pay the entire amount due to the courier upon receipt of the order.
2. Payment by bank transfer - bank transfer to the account of "Real Billiard" LTD.
3. Payment through EPAY / EASYPAY / accept card payments Borika, Euroline, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Electron, Visa Classic / - by selecting this option you will be redirected to the site of EPAY, where you can perform the necessary transactions.
The payment of the goods is consistent with Article 93 Paragraph 1 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts / LOC /.

 

REFUSAL OF ORDER


Under the provisions of art. 55 of the CPA, the consumer has the right to return the purchased item within 7 / seven / days from the date of receipt thereof for such cases the product must be in original packaging, and the commercial type of merchandise should have not been impaired.
"Real Billiard" Ltd should be promptly informed for the decision of the customer  to reject the goods by e-mail to:

PROMOTIONS

 

All promotions and discounts are valid only when order from the Site.

 

DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

 

For any dispute, the parties agree to make every effort to voluntary settlement based on cooperation and mutual compromise. Where this is not possible, competent to hear and determine the dispute is relevant Bulgarian court.
For questions outstanding with these General Terms and Conditions shall apply the rules of the CPA and the Bulgarian legislation.

WARRANTY

 

The warranty period for all offered by the e-shop goods is 12 /twelve/ months.


The warranty period of the goods begins to run from the date of the sale.
Warranty service may be refused in the following cases:

  • When damage is caused by improper or rough use / transports / storage / installation, negligence, mechanical damage, leakage, stroke, spilling food or fluids, the influence of chemicals, exposure to moisture, vapors, direct sunlight or extreme temperature conditions, electric shocks, poor grounding, natural disasters, external influences, including working in a contaminated environment, penetrated insects and other reasons arisen beyond the control of the manufacturer's website.
  • When the goods are managing incorrectly, contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer.
  • When the product has been opened or disassembled, and are made unauthorized attempts to repair or to changing the construction or the configuration.
  • The deadline for removal of the fault is 30 / thirty / days from the date of acceptance of the product for overhaul.
